Because you need to hear it

and because this song has been in my head off and on ever since the Blue Rodeo concert the other night, here it is, for your enjoyment.

Yeah, I admit it: Sometimes, I like me some sentimental shit.

Of course, other times, I don't, which is why I'm psyched for Saturday night: a great dinner, The A-Team, and then home to watch the DVR'd UFC 115. I should probably work more that evening, but right now the plan is to take it off entirely. What a lazy man I may be!

Hooray for you. It's about time.
Quit making the rest of us look so lazy.

I think I need to work during the meal, movie, and PPV to make up for my laziness. Lazy mon, how many jobs you got?

If you work through your meal, through the movie, and through PPV, what laziness will you be making up for, Major Major Major Major?

P.S. This is my favorite Blue Rodeo song.

It is a great song.

The laziness of even thinking of that much of a break--which I still may take.

Your dictionary is broken.

Actual definitions of words:
Lazy: Doing little work.
Dream: Ideal; aspiration.

Thinking about not working is more dream than laziness. And dreaming is imperative in a creative person. How is dreaming bad? Especially for a writer?

Once you've actually done little work, we'll talk about how lazy you are. And I'll believe it when I see it.

I'm actually a very lazy man. I just get interested in things--and committed to them.

You are obviously a complex fellow. In a good way.

Embrace your laziness. Ride it and the easy chair it travels with wholeheartedly. Such laziness will lengthen your life. In a good way.

That's what I'm already doing. It just doesn't appear to be the case.
