Is this going to be available across the pond?
I don't know for sure, but I doubt it. I suspect you would have to order it from a U.S. seller and pay shipping. I know that sucks, but it's sometimes the only way. That's how I get U.K. firsts of many writers I quite like (e.g., Ben Aaronovitch, Nick Harkaway).
